£24,500 per annum with a salary review after probationary period
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to work within our client supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
The ideal person will have experience in health and social care and be able to manage a number of people’s support whilst supporting our teams to get the best possible outcomes.
The services will be in Northants.

You will be based at our office in Bedford and also at our Hub Office in Northampton.
The post holder will need to be confident, a natural leader and communicator.
You will also need to be a good project manager and help to support the transformation of our services.
You will be expected to support the Area Manager to ensure:
* High standards of professional practice, including the support and advice to the service managers and team leaders.
* The growth and development of the region.
* Ensure that a high quality of management of services is being achieved and lead on any quality innovations: driving forward a person centred culture and the values of the business.
You must be a natural leader and communicator you will have the drive, commitment and enthusiasm to support, advice and motivation to staff teams to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goal.
You will need:
A Professional Qualification/NVQ Level 5 or NVQ 4 (and working towards an NVQ 5 already)
Minimum of four years’ experience within the learning disability or mental health sector.
Minimum of three years’ management experience in the sector.
