Senior Guest Manager for a leading entrepreneurial and luxury travel company based in their stunning Central London offices close to Liverpool Street.
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with at least 2 years 5* client or customer service experience working within property or hospitality.
As a senior member of a small close knit team you will be working with VIP guests to ensure the top level quality service is maintained managing their queries and supporting guests pre, during and post stay. As a mentor to the more junior members of the team you will also oversee and report any findings from the feedback surveys as well as presenting results to the company at their monthly roundups.
Due to the fact that you will be handling stays at their top end properties you will also have the opportunity to visit the luxury properties that your guests will be staying at!

Excellent written and spoken English is essential and ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent. For those with a second language (especially French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin or Arabic) its very likely that you will get to use your language skills however this isnt essential!
