Senior Building Surveyor-MRICS

My client have an excellent reputation in the industry and due to expansion there is a requirement for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team. My client are recognised as leaders in their sector and have received numerous accolades to that effect. To continue to provide a first class service to clients they are looking to speak to an exceptional Senior Building Surveyor who can share in their success and has the drive to develop the business even further.

Specialising in Residential , Leisure and Education you will have access to a diverse client base and interesting project portfolio.

As Senior Building Surveyor you will be able to demonstrate experience in:

Undertaking a variety of surveys and inspections

Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies

Preparing and producing specifications for works

Coordinating other members and stakeholders in the design team

Acting as Employers Agent

Acting as Contract Administrator
