Job Title: Secretary / Administrator
Hours:Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary:20000 25000 dependent on experience (Pro Rata term time only)
A permanent opportunity has arisen for an organised and efficient secretary to work on behalf of a forward-thinking company within the education sector. This position is for a bright, highly computer literate and self-motivated individual who enjoys supporting a busy and professional team. The role requires a flexible attitude, a can-do approach and the ability to work independently.
*Provide full secretarial support to the team and heads of departments typing of reports, organising meetings, diary management etc.
*Produce and amend documents.
*Liaise with clients and management in a professional manner.
*Taking calls and responding efficiently and effectively
*Organising diaries and appointments
*Completing daily administrative duties
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*Previous secretarial experience
*Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate at all levels.
*Ability to handle and prioritise an ever-changing workload.
*Possess an excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Proactive attitude and show initiative with the ability to remains calm under pressure.
*Strong organisational and administration skills, including excellent diary management.
