Sales Manager – Nationwide

The Sales Manager is a new role reporting to the Director of Operations with responsibility for ensuring that we fill all our properties all year round. You will identify revenue gaps across our cities and create sales strategy in order to maximise income, championing our summer business working with third party providers to actively promote our brand. The Sales Manager will be the heartbeat of our sales experience working with our property teams to drive innovation and best practice. You will ensure our sales process at every level provides a first-class experience to all our customers.
The successful candidate will possess a track record in managing the sales process across a comparable environment ideally in student accommodation, international summer schools, hospitality or leisure. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong commercial ability. The role will suit individuals with a high level of credibility, strong networking skills and the capability to deliver excellence.
