My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires a researcher to work alongside a highly successful Principal in their Wealth Management practice.
You will have at least twelve months experience as a recruitment consultant or as a researcher within an executive search firm and be dedicated to career in executive search.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all mandates. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, headhunt candidates, build client maps and develop the skills required to build a successful career in executive search.
You will work alongside one of the most successful Principals in this business delivering mandates on a global scale this role will provide you with an opportunity to travel and work in North America and Africa.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
