Within our Research & Development function, you will ensure compliance in Cereal and Snack labelling, help drive Regulatory systems/projects and be the company specialist in Halal & Kosher compliance across all innovation and renovation.
In your role as Regulatory Officer, you will work with an energetic business team and provide valuable support to:• Lead technical expert for Kellogg finished product kosher and halal compliance liaising with Authorities and coordinating approval process for raw materials and finished products with Food Safety & Quality Team.• Central regulatory labelling sign off for all Kellogg Europe Cereal and Snacks artworks.• Lead for regulatory systems management, including STEP labelling tool, Sharepoint, QMS, STR homepage and PLM data cleansing activities.• Support for Regulatory Associate STR roles including project technical and labelling support.• Provide product technical, quality and regulatory support to Consumer Affairs and Commercial teams respectively for consumer and customer enquiries.• Provide technical and regulatory expertise to cereal and snack food technologists, nutrition and operational quality teams.• Produce relevant Kellogg quality & regulatory documentation as required for STR team including document control via Kellogg Quality Management System e.g. Certificates of Analysis, Export Registration Documents.• Work closely with the Logistics Finance Manager Ireland to ensure overall Logistics Business Partner support is covered.WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? • A degree or equivalent in an appropriate food related discipline;• Ideally relevant previous experience in Regulatory Affairs/Food Labelling, with experience in handling specifications and approval processes;• Attention to detail, problem solving skills and negotiation skills needed. Ability to handle complexity;• Excellent communication skills;• You will strive as part of a team but also have the passion and drive to work autonomously.
