My client is a one the most successful and acclaimed global recruitment agencies. Due to growth within their business, I am currently seeking a Relationship Manager Banking and Financial Services.
Key to their growth and success has been a commitment to providing the highest service levels to both clients and candidates that has helped them win numerous awards. Their strategy is to become a trusted partner by working collaboratively with clients to ensure that they truly understand client needs and tailor their recruitment offering accordingly. As such, they have a new and exciting opportunity for a Sales & Relationship Manager to continue to achieve this.
Working closely with directors and managers, the Sales & Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating revenue for the business through the delivery of the growth strategy across a set of predefined existing and new clients within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
You will continue to build relationships at executive and organisational levels with partnership organisations, build a strong knowledge base of existing clients, provide advice and support to Managers and Consultants who are recruiting into these accounts, run regular account meetings, monitor competitors etc.
This is a fantastic role at the heart of a successful business that can have significant impact on the profitability of accounts. It would suit an individual with outstanding stakeholder management skills who has a good knowledge of Banking recruitment and what is required to be a success.
