Office Angels Sheffield have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their established team.
You will be a professional, enthusiastic and driven individual with the ability to work in a demanding environment. It is essential that you are a good communicator both face to face and over the telephone and have proven skills in maintaining client relationships.
We are looking for someone to take on the challenging responsibility of:
– Bringing in new business through effective sales development including cold and warm calling
– Account managing new and existing business
– Visiting clients, carrying out meetings and performing presentations
– Interviewing and registering candidates to ascertain recruitment needs
– Matching candidates to client requirements to successfully fill positions
A background in sales and experience of working within a target driven environment is essential and Recruitment or Commercial Business to Business Sales a distinct advantage.
Car driver with own vehicle desired.
Salary: Basic £17,000 to £23,000 (dependent on experience) with a competitive uncapped bonus structure & excellent company benefits.
