Tasks and responsibilities:

* Pro-actively working with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to identity the hiring needs within the organization
* Work with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners,
* Reviewing and revising job descriptions, person specifications and adverts based on the requirements of the positions to ensure the attraction of quality candidates
* Defining and coordinating selection procedures including shortlisting, behavioral based interviewing, ability testing, pre-employment medicals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Own and manage the candidate relationship throughout the recruitment process
* Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to track applicant activity and ensure accurate reporting capability and tracking of

Talent Acquisition Metrics

* Ensure correct completion of all recruitment related documentation to quality standards in line with best practice guidelines.
* Co-ordinates activities with employment agencies for temporary & permanent assignments
* Support project work and continuous improvement efforts within the TA function
* Support hiring efforts in wide EMEA were appropriate
