THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are a specialist, award winning Recruitment business with 3 offices, one in Leeds city centre. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly Leeds team. This is a busy and rewarding role, you'll be a key part of the team – responsible for managing your own workload and providing vital support to the wider recruitment teams.

THE JOB:

* Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional manner, settling into meeting rooms and providing refreshments
* Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, re-directing, helping where possible or taking messages when required
* Accurately inputting candidate details onto the bespoke database and making amendments
* Accurately and quickly formatting a high volume of CVs using MS Word and converting form PDF
* Scanning documentation and attaching to the bespoke database
* Dealing with incoming emails containing scans of ID and documentation – labelling appropriately and attaching to the bespoke database
* Assisting with ordering office stationery
* Posting job adverts to our company website and amending
* Responsible for updating the company social media posts and news alerts
* Carrying out all other ad hoc administration duties as required
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times

THE PERSON:

Ideally you will have previously worked in a busy administration role. You will have exceptional organisational skills, a positive can do attitude and a proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a very fast paced environment. You'll have strong communication skills and take pride in doing a great job for which you will be highly valued by your direct team and across the business.
