Are you a customer focused Receptionist who enjoys working on a front of house desk? Do you want to work for an expanding company in the property sector? We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to provide manage and direct incoming calls for their head office located in Southall, Middlesex.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
Working on the reception area of an online property retailer you main responsibilities include;
*General management of the reception area and greeting all visitors on site
*Answering a range of incoming calls from estate agents and directing calls appropriately
*Coordinating post in and out of the office
*Managing correspondence letters and emails
*Preparing meeting rooms as instructed
*Providing adhoc secretarial work as requested by the Director
