Location – Glasgow%0A%0ACorporate Data Services is a new function in CIBD Technology bringing together the Corporate Chief Data Office & Innovation, Data & Integration Services. Together with implementing data quality, data lineage, data governance & strategy across the corporate bank, the function also works to drive delivery of Innovation and Data Monetization initiatives from Concept to Production, delivering value add business propositions underpinned by new to Corporate Banking Technologies, as well as Predictive, Prescriptive & Descriptive Data solutions by leveraging Analytics, Big Data, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and other Data-oriented capabilities.%0AThe Business Analyst will co-ordinate and perform analysis tasks for Automation/Robotics, Innovation and Data Monetization initiatives and their Delivery. They will act as a reviewer and quality gate for analysis output, challenging IT to ensure root cause is addressed and the right design delivered for user requirements.%0A
Your Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. The role typically requires managing three or more complex projects simultaneously whilst managing project teams engaged throughout the full delivery lifecycle. The PM will be responsible for the delivery of projects supporting the business strategy from business case through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure. The PM will manage the project end to end including the IT elements of delivery and budgets typically exceed 1.5m.%0A%0AKey Accountabilities will include:
Vision, Strategy and Direction, working with senior stakeholders to define strategy and vision
Change Control, controlling the scope and ensuring change control is exercised
Financial Management, including setting out business cases and managing financials
Benefits Management, incorporating SMART way of benefit tracking
Resource Management and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Governance and Reporting via Working Groups/Steerco
Change Management and ensuring change standards%0A
Essential Skills
Strong Financial Services industry knowledge.
Project Management Qualification – Practitioner level accreditation (eg Prince 2, PMI, APM) and/or Agile equivalent.
Extensive experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity, business critical and large cross-functional team spanning multiple regions and functions
A proven track record of the full project life cycle delivery%0A
Desirable Skills
Strong knowledge of delivering Automation/Robotics, Innovation and/or Data Monetisation projects/programmes/initiatives.%0A
