SDH Project Services are looking for an experienced Project Administrative Assistant for our prestigious company in the Utilities sector.

Responsibilities

* To assist Managers and Coordinators in providing work to engineers and closing work on client database.

* To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

* To maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

* To open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

* To perform data entry and scan documents

* To manage calendar for Managers

* To assist in resolving any administrative problems

* To run company’s errands to post office and office supply store

* To answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

* To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

* To schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers

* maintain office supplies for department

This is Monday to Friday working 08:30 – 5:30pm
