Description
We are currently promoting a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to work within the events industry. The job is working for a Birmingham based professional services firm. You will be working under the supervision of the events manager and within the firms marketing team. You will be providing assistance with the promotion and running of a number of internal and external corporate events.
In this position you will be responsible for planning, promoting and running a regular schedule of workshops, seminars and corporate events. This includes the production of marketing literature and provision of supporting documentation. You will be working with strict budgets and always on the look out for additional sponsorship opportunities. You will be analysing and providing reports on the return on investment for each event and attendees.
The ideal graduate will be personable and will be a confident networker. You will have previous customer service experience, be highly organised and have experience of using bespoke in house management systems.
This role is paying between 20,000 and 22,000 dependent on experience.
