To achieve this, we work very closely with our Underwriting and Pricing colleagues, as well as stakeholders across the organisation, with the aim of continually identifying improvements and initiatives to help ensure that our products retain their market-leading status. About the Role Our Product Analysts are responsible for producing analysis and reviews, and providing insights and recommendations to the business, for the purpose of developing and managing NFU Mutuals general insurance products. They also provide support for the development of new products as well as the delivery of product changes. Key accountabilities for the role include; Controlling technical documentation and policy wordings, managing changes in accordance with the product management framework and governances processes Monitoring compliance and customer satisfaction/complaints in relation to products, recommending ways to ensure the effective mitigation of conduct risk and the delivery of customer value Updating and maintaining the regular product-related MI used by the team Delivering activities as a result of technical and regulatory changes to existing products, and supporting the delivery of new products to agreed plans and timescales Maintaining relevant market benchmark standards that continue to reflect member needs, whilst ensuring compliance with risk appetite and value for money requirements Signing off relevant product material from a technical perspective About You We are seeking an individual with good knowledge of product within financial services, who has previous experience of working on large change projects and the technical design of products. You will also have experience of conducting valuable market research and data analysis, delivering key insights and recommendations back to the business. An integral part of this role is liaising with the business, and so you will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, having dealt with multiple stakeholders on a project.
