Procurement Administrator
Our client is a young, dynamic, growing and reputable IT software provider with really nice modern offices based in the West End, who have been a client of Angela Mortimer since their infancy. We have recruited several candidates for them over the years and all say how much of an incredible company it is! This is a rate opportunity for a driven administrator with great attention to detail to join a company who really looks well after their own!
Daily interaction with clients, both electronically (email, ticketing/CRM system) and verbally (telephone). Very occasionally, attend client meetings with Account/Project Managers.
Management of all procurement orders (including the tracking and assistance to clients.
Manage internal purchasing & stock control for the company.
Other administrative duties within the team.
Based within the business support team, you will have the team support and mentorship of your colleagues.
The company acts as the middle-man between distributers & their clients, so some vendor management/process is required.
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal & in-person
Resilient & confident
A stickler for detail & process
Solid understanding of MS Office
A muck in attitude this is essential.
Proven experience within an administrative role ( 18 months minimum)
Ideally exposure to logistics
Beneficial skills (but not essential)
Knowledge of stock control systems
Knowledge of Connectwise (our ticketing/invoicing/CRM system)
Any IT/software licensing exposure
