A leading independent recruitment brand is looking for an ambitious recruiter to join their clientside PR & Comms team. You will join a highly talented, motivated, and professional team and benefit from strong and experienced management.
You should have a solid career history; at least 24 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally coming from a PR, Communications or Marketing recruitment background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to grow a desk in an adult, autonomous environment.
This is a warm desk with live roles, warm clients where you will be working on senior level roles on an exclusive and sometimes retained basis. You will be rewarded with an attractive monthly commission scheme, non-KPId environment which feels more like a marketing agency than a recruitment business.
