Portfolio Manager


Edinburgh’s leading letting business are looking for a ‘Customer Focused’ Portfolio Manager to join their proactive property team.

The role involves managing a portfolio of long term flats, dealing with all aspects of the letting process (e.g. advertising, setting up lets, processing tenancy applications, routine inspections, initial maintenance and owner and tenant communications.)

You must have an extensive knowledge of the current legislation and enjoy all aspects of looking after your portfolio of properties, however, you are keen to develop your expertise even further.

Essential Requirements:

Letwell or ARLA Qualified is a MUST.
Full Clean UK Driving Licence (manual) is a MUST.
Preferably with a working knowledge of SME Software or similar package.

-1-2 years Property Management experience, preferably in Edinburgh.
-Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks

-Excellent written and verbal communication
-A genuine passion and interest in property and people
-An eye for detail
-Happy to always go that extra mile for the client
-Excellent IT Skills – Word / Excel / Property Mgt software
-Can work well independently and with your team
-Professional & enthusiastic attitude
-Commercially aware
-Natural ‘flair’ for communication
-First class knowledge of Edinburgh and surrounding areas

We will ONLY consider candidates who are currently working as a Property Manager within the Residential Letting industry.

Job type: Full -Time
Salary £24,000 – £26,000/year
Start date: As soon as you are available
