Pertemps are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for a temporary assignment in the Livingston area.
The role forms and integral part of the payroll team who are responsible of updating and maintaining payroll records and operating to strict compliance and audit standards.
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the calculation and distribution of salaries for employees, pensioners and contractors.
Skills required –
– Previous experience of working within a payroll department.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy.
– Prior experience of working in a bust customer service driven department.
The hours of work for this role are 36 per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £9.69 per hour.
It is estimated that the position will be required until 31st March 2019.
