Our client, is a leading manufacturer, distributor and service provider of daily living aids and rehabilitation equipment to support independent living.

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

Part time hours can be considered (over 5 days)

Job role:

Assist the Payroll Manager in processing the Payments to employees monthly

Resource Link NGA Payroll system

* Answer incoming calls & assist with queries in a timely manner

* Manage the Payroll inbox, allocating emails in the correct category and appropriate person

* Check incoming EDI emails from HMRC & upload (P6 uploads, Student loans etc)

* Set up new starters, Incl: calculating the holiday entitlement

* Send out ‘Welcome’ email to all new starters (including MyView Guide, Pension info, Hols etc)

* Responsible for all scanning of the payroll processing and filing in the appropriate place

* Uploading the relevant documents to employees Doc Store

* Issue Monthly reports to Service Centres (current staff list, holidays taken, holiday summary report)

* Oversee the administration of the payroll forms on Sharepoint

* Issue all P45’s and Payslips to all leavers

* Issue Salary overpayment letters, chase & escalate within the agreed timescale – working with credit control to recover the money

* Manage Third Party Payments – set up new employees for pension, court orders, union deductions. (Writing to employees with new deductions)

* Issue letters to those taking Maternity/ Paternity/ Shared Parental Leave

* Ensure all processes, procedures, manuals and user guides are all up to date

* Manage weekly overtime submissions and report to the Operations team

* Manage monthly submissions, ensuring authorised by the Regional Manager before processing. Preparing CSV Uploads (Including Expenses)

* Issue monthly Costing Report (once completed by the Payroll Manager)

* Process any required Temporary Pay Elements

* Auto Enrolment Contributions upload L&G

* Pension Admin (Once trained)

Essential Qualifications

* Resource Link payroll experience

* Microsoft excel / word experience

* Payroll Administration experience

Non essential / preferred Non Qualifications

* Qualified by experience

* Experience of TUPE (multiple Terms & Conditions)
