Wood is currently recruiting for a Organisation Effectiveness Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. The principal objective of the Organisation Effectiveness Manager is to provide organisation design, change management capability and project coordination for organisational effectiveness projects, as part of overall OE functional capability. Specific project development and support to project leads for P&O integration and transformation initiatives. Also including the provision of OE related workshop design and facilitation for development and governance purposes. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilties:A key Member of the Organisation Effectiveness TeamServe as Champion for organisation change management capability and best practice, owner of the organisation change management toolkitAssist the relevant P&O Leadership in developing P&O related initiatives and plans, relating to integration or transformation, supporting and monitoring progress Support OE projects from inception through completion implementing OE programs, priorities and policies that will enhance business performance and resultsLead the development and facilitation of OE events and workshops to facilitate, governance, change and development programmesSupport the delivery of P&O aspects of business acquisition and integration activitiesSupervise and evaluate all aspects of OE projects assigned to the role – planning executing, and monitoring project scope, providing regular reports on schedule and riskFacilitate and coordinate P&O blueprint updatesContribute to the development, study of and response to engagement and climate surveys including interpretation of results and action planning Support Group Employee Engagement initiatives with People & Culture Development Director and Corporate Communications Mentor junior P&O staff Qualifications:University degree in Human Resources, Labour/Human Relations, Management, Project Management or another business-related field Experience with particular reference to organisation effectiveness and change, project coordination or management or other relevant business experienceExperience developing, implementing, and managing strategic programs regionally or globally Knowledge, skills and experience:Operational experience in both the function and business units desirable Demonstrated knowledge of organisation activities related to project management and project executionMust possess strong understanding of key business processesCustomer focused and successful leader with a high level of credibility and collaborationStrong understanding of change management and process excellence principles; application of these principles to solve complex business problemExperience in multiple geographieExhibit strong understanding of business strategies and financial planningExperience in change management, and ability to work cooperatively in business partnershipKnowledge of Business performance and how it can deliver and add value to its customerStrong analytical capabilityHigh level of discretion and business ethicsStrong leadership, communication and facilitation skillsTeam player Personal attributes:Strong influencing skillsGood operational business awarenessBuilds and nurtures strong relationships with customers, business partners and suppliers that are mutually beneficial.
