Our client are a very well respected supplier of building materials selling to the construction industry.
Due to their continued development, they are looking for an Operations Manager to join their busy and successful team. The role of the Operations Manager is to ensure that all of the branches operations are carried out to a very high standard, which will enable the Branch Manager to focus on the Commercial development of the branch.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the branches operations, including but not limited to:
Transport & Logistics,
Management of Drivers,
Management of the Warehouse Staff,
Health & Safety,
General housekeeping duties
In exchange, our client are willing to pay a basic salary of up to c£32k + additional company benefits.
Due to the type of business, it is highly desirable that the successful candidate have experience in a multi-drop environment and it is also desirable, but not essential, for this person to have experience with some type of building products.
