Our client, is a dynamic, fun, fast-paced recruitment company and due to their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Head of Online Marketing to this newly created role. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the online marketing mix.
Develop, monitor and optimise the performance of the SEO channel and creating specific campaigns in the UK and their satellite offices, globally.
Manage the SEO budgets and Agencies with regular site audits to ensure maximum ROI
Manages the relationship with search engine marketing agency[ies] in order to provide an effective and efficient channel through which to manage and coordinate search engine marketing activities
Ensures a clear, documented brief is in place for each campaign, ensuring alignment to business unit marketing plan (including business objectives, metrics for measurement etc)
Manages external agency relationships to deliver recommendations on a number of search engine marketing activities such as keyword research and trends, ad grouping and ad copy development making recommendations on landing pages
Monitors, maintains and sets targets for continuing improvement of PPC campaigns
Develops and implements strategies to improve quality score and conversion rates via landingpage optimization
Responsible for supporting acquisition through the use of digital and social media, incorporating promotions on Social Media channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blog and forums
Using your experience to guide use of our brand and products on various web channels to gain competitive advantage and improve brand image
