Our client, an award winning, international letting company are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join their growing teams. This role will require someone who is looking to step into a buzzy environment, which is very fast paced. The successful applicant for this role will not only need to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, but you will also need to be comfortable with liaising with high net-worth individuals as well (face to face and over the phone).
Some of your responsibilities will include:
– Sales administration (referencing, tenancy agreement, checks)
– Compliance: AML (Anti money laundering)
– Liaising with HNW Landlords and applicants
– Liaising with photographer, writing content for website blog on the area and content for the property blurb
– Answering calls and meeting and greeting
– Managing applicant registration process
– Organising the financials by processing invoices and chasing outstanding revenue.
– Day to day running of the office
Please note that this role does need some experience of conducting Anti Money Laundering (AML).
