Looking to join a company where you can shine, make a real difference and contribute to the growth of the company?We need a dynamic, innovative and creative New Business Sales Executive to join our successful team.You can base yourself from home, working hours that allow you to reach your customers with some travel across the UK.What the role will involveYou will be working from generated leads and be responsible for converting identified prospects to achieve targeted sales objectives.Our customers put a phenomenal amount of trust in you to advise on the best solution for their business, therefore you will be dealing with large corporate customers and liaising with Board and Exec level decision makers to develop integrated energy solutions.You will advise what we can do to help them and their business align to their financial models.You will target, prospect, negotiate and deliver mid value opportunities within the very competitive market environment and utilise your knowledge of the energy market to foster future product developments.Working alongside the Client Director you will handle valuable relationships with clients to ensure that ongoing and future negotiations are supported and you will utilize your industry knowledge to develop a wide range of external networks that will build and improve opportunities.The skills and experience we are looking forVisible commercial and technical competence with experience gained in the energy industry (desirable)Deep understanding of the UK Energy MarketAble to demonstrate economic, market and financial skillsAbility to show awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of our competition and able to capitalize on this knowledgeProven track record in negotiating and executing commercial agreementsBe a confident communicator with the ability to deliver messages simply, clearly and in a concise mannerBe skilled in negotiation and execution of standard contractual arrangementsAbility to work in a high pressured delivery focused environmentWhat we offer our peopleAs well as a competitive salary and impressive benefits package which includes car allowance, a 15% bonus opportunity, pension, healthcare and 25 days holiday, youll also get the opportunity to shape the future of our business.
