My client, a well-established, market leading, global recruitment brand, is looking for an Associate Director to lead their Marketing & PR recruitment team.
You will join a highly talented, motivated, and professional business and benefit from strong and experienced board management team. You will be responsible for developing the existing client base as well as winning new business. My client focusses on mid/senior tier roles and has an extensive client list across FMCG, the wider Consumer space and Banking & Financial Services.
You should have a solid career history; at least 18 months experience as a successful Recruitment Team Leader/Manager within Marketing Communications or PR as a specialism and have a proven track record of billings. You should be able to run a successful desk autonomously but also be able to provide inspirational leadership and develop individuals to become successful consultants.
