Lettings Coordinator

Our client is a market leading Property Estate agency, who are looking to secure a new Letting Coordinator to join their Edinburgh team.
The role of Lettings Coordinator will be an integral part of the team, creating the first impressions for all customers over the phone and arriving in the office. The role will involve matching tenant needs to suitable properties, both on and off market. You will also be required to proactively identify potential landlords, buyers and vendors within the database, generating new potential business for the company.
Responsibilities
Taking deposit payments over the phone and answering general phone enquiries
Administrative support to all roles for the office
Diary management for the Letting Negotiators and booking in viewings
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data input
Responsible for adhering to an accurate and compliant electronic and paper based filing system
Must haves:
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate business through relationship building
Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
Full UK Drivers Licence
Clear and concise communication skills – both written and verbal
Team player
What you’ll get in return:
Salary: Up to 17,500 dependent on experience, plus quarterly commission bonus and other company benefits such as healthcare.
