The successful legal secretary will be providing a comprehensive range of administrative support with various daily tasks. Assisting all departments at our client’s thriving Lincoln practice the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
– Preparing and producing correspondence
– Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone
– Preparing legal documentation
– Opening and closing files
– Assisting with other general administrative duties when required
– Receptionist duties
– Applications are welcomed from legal secretaries of all levels
– Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
– Experience in producing legal forms including Oyez would be highly advantageous
– Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workloads
– Competent levels of numeracy and literacy
– Good time management and organisation skills will be ideal
