Our Client

Our Client is a sucessful modern indepedant solicitors pratice who are looking to recruit an Office Junior based within their Chesham offices.

Person specification – Skills, knowledge and experience required

General responsibilities and Tasks

* Diary management and arranging appointments
* File opening and closing
* Post office / DX managament
* General HR administration duties
* Filing and updating filing cabinets
* Audio typing and file work as requested
* Requesting Land Registry documents as required
* Affecting personal service of documents (if required)
* Reception cover
* Other duties as required at the company’s offices in Chesham, Amersham & Beaconsfield


* Audio typing would be benfical
* Good IT skills – email, internet, Word
* Time management skills
* Working within the Legal Sector would be an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Telephone skills
* General administration/office skills
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Ability to use office equipment – photocopying documents etc
