The successful candidate for our Technician vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.
Working on Land Rover brand family, you’ll be part of an iconic world-leading brand portfolio with a heritage spanning 60+ years. This opens up access to some of the world’s most famous vehicles, enabling you to continually develop your skills by training to achieve a full understanding of the latest vehicles and technologies
As a technician, you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and service of the full range of brand products. You’ll also undertake vehicle road testing, and will be responsible for ensuring vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately. And of course, you’ll also play your part in ensuring that our customers receive great service, from start to finish.

As part of the Technician position we would expect you to
•Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
•Communicating with the Workshop Control/ Service Reception team.
•Liaising with customers to provide your expert, technical opinion.
•Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
•Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
•Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration.
Our Expectations
You to demonstrate skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
•Preferred JLR or Main Agent Trained Level 3-5 Aptitude for multi-tasking.
•An eye for detail.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Quality awareness.
•Communication skills.
•Full driving licence.
