Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator; Lead Generation Executive to support a team of Regional Field Sales Executives during term time for an ethical travel company from their head office based in Ringwood, Hampshire, reporting directly into the UK Sales Manager.

THE ROLE
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator; Lead Generation Executive to support a team of Regional Field Sales Executives during term time for an ethical travel company from their head office based in Ringwood, Hampshire. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager the main duties of the role include:
*Making contact with clients to arrange appointments for the field sales team to follow up on
*Updating the CRM database with all sales activity
*Working towards individual and team targets
*Advising schools, students and parents on fundraising activities
*Providing diary management support to the field sales team
*Responding to enquiries from people looking to sign up/ are signed up to the expeditions and providing a high level of customer service
THE CANDIDATE
As a successful Internal Sales Administrator; Lead Generation Executive you must be able to demonstrate previous sales experience ideally in a supporting function to a field sales team. You will need excellent communication skills and be a confident, solution orientated team player.
