Insurance Customer Service Adviser, Part Time

Barker Munro are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting position Customer Service Adviser. Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to new and existing customers in accordance with our policies whilst utilizing your customer service skills within a friendly and professional call center environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls regarding insurance queries for existing customers to set service levels
Provide an efficient, professional service to New Business Customers purchasing a policy
Ensuring the delivery of the highest possible levels of customer care
Taking responsibility to actively resolve any customer queries in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
Achieve call targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Communicating with team members
Ensure consistent adherence to procedures
Ensure compliance with all insurance regulatory bodies at all times
Provide support for other Operational areas as required
Who are we looking for?
Educated to GCSE standard
Computer Literate
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer Focused
Team Player with Strong Communication Skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure
Experience within call centre desirable, but not essential
Experience within insurance desirable, but not essential
If successful in this role, full training will be given with up to 3 months hands on experience and cross department training.
Part time hours: 18.45 hours per week, with exact shift pattern to be confirmed.
