A Project Manager within our vertical Service Delivery division will be responsible for supporting customer engagements, ensuring projects to meet scope, timeline & milestones, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing projects aligned to the SoftwareONE Delivery Methodology.  The Project Manager will lead and support the project team. (The project team may consist of i.e. Architects, Technical Consultants, analysts, SAM specialists etc.) In addition, responsible for managing corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareONE solutions.Responsible for managing small to medium size assigned customer project, supporting delivery lead in customers engagements for SoftwareONEMeets or exceeds approved budgets by providing reliable financial forecasts to Management and update management on project progressIdentifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment Provides training to others and assist them with their professional developmentAchieving operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problemsThe Project Manager has a 90% chargeability objective, (80% external projects, and 10% internal projects) with the remaining time to be spent on training and personal development in role and within SoftwareONEResponsible for directly managing 5 projects within a service practice with reasonable client deadlinesManages first level to mid-level client delivery relationships and resolves conflicts Manages knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project)Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of projectWill work with Practice Project Managers in project risk management and delivery of projectsTrack and manage project activities like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change ManagementWork with Business team on pre-sales activities and getting the scope finalized as requiredPromoting pmONE services to practice leads/country managers when requiredParticipate in up-selling and pre-sales activitiesSupport project reporting activities Experience of managing projects with office 365, core infrastructure, Azure or SAMExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExperienced in working in a consulting environment Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sectorSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software service industryHighly motivated and results oriented Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problemHolding a PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner certification. (If certification is not held, the candidate should qualify for the certification requirements and complete the certification by 1st year of employment.)Average Experience of +3-5 years in a Project Management role
