TEMPORARY SEASONAL CONTRACT – Nationwide Property Assistance (npa24:7) IMMEDIATE START – 8 per hour Customer Service Advisor roles Average 40 hours per week, across 7 days (Mon-Sun inclusive) You’ll work a variety of shifts between the hours of 8am and 11:30pm (e.g. 8-4:30, 9-5:30, 4-10:30 & 5-11:30) We’re a busy nationwide 24 hour property emergency contact centre, operating 365 days a year. We have a dynamic team of call handlers and an experienced management team. Working together we deliver professional customer service, to ensure emergency property problems are resolved at the first point of contact. Typical duties will involve: Handling & owning complex queries /cases over the telephone Providing excellent customer service Providing help and advice to customers Deploying the correct trades to resolve the issue Making sure customers are provided with all information they require Using in-house systems and processes accurately and effectively Learning about the clients policies & services and keeping up to date with any changes This role will suit an individual who: Has a minimum 1 year Customer Service experience Self-sufficient and able to work without supervision Is computer literate Can work under pressure and in a customer facing environment. Has strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills Able to work on their own initiative and within a team Has a polite telephone manner and looks to exceed customer service standards Please note this is a seasonal contract and will include public holidays (Christmas eve, Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s eve & New Year’s day are included in the shifts). Whilst your shift pattern will include at least two public holiday, you will NOT be expected to work all 5. Temporary to Permanent positions may be available following completion of contract.
