Our leading logistics provider are currently searching for a capable Import Administrator (Customer Services) to be based in their vibrant Dartford offices. This established brand are looking for someone with previous Import experience and excellent, potentially client facing, customer service skills.
The Import Administrator (Customer Services) will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fantastic clients, meeting all their service requirements. You will be logging all Import shipment arrivals and co-ordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure deliveries are recorded and received accurately. You will be responsible for managing client queries and handling any complaints made with professionalism and where possible resolution.
As a Customer Service Administrator we are looking for strong IT skills (word/excel ) and you will be expected to deliver an outstanding quality of customer/client care. Previous Import experience is a necessity for this role as it is extremely important for candidates to understand our clients network and processes. The Import Administrator (Customer Services) may be expected to be present for occasional face-to-face client and customer visits, wherein our client expects their core values and brand name to be represented excellently.
