Description
We are currently recruiting for a highly varied, hybrid Team Assistant/Office Assistant role in the heart of Mayfair. Youll be working for a small but very family-feel Finance company with lots of opportunity to take on more projects and responsibility.
Duties:
Ensuring the Reception area runs smoothly, meeting and greeting
Ordering supplies and stationary for the office
Managing the teams diaries
Booking internal and external meetings
Any ad hoc duties
We are looking for someone with previous and relevant office experience although this can be minimal. Someone who is eager to learn and progress within the role!
Ideally educated to degree level. 24,000 upwards depending on experience.
