Home Automation/Audio Visual Business Development Manager

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced sales manager/ business development manager based in central London.

Alecto Recruitment is working with a extremely reputable Audio Visual and Video Conferencing specialist that has been operating in this market since 1990. They work across various sectors including commercial and high end residential. They are seeking a sales manager as a result of their continued growth, in a rapidly expanding market.

The Role

* Proactively creating new business opportunities, liaising with corporate, commercial and residential clients for the installation of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems.
* Attending site meetings throughout London meeting customers potentially interested in Audio Visual systems.
* Offer advice and solutions that best suit customer requirements.
* Account manage and develop repeat customers who the company have previously done projects for.


* Minimum 3 years proven experience selling in the audio visual or Home Automation solutions
* Specification sales experience, ability to liaise with customers and sell Audio Visual/Conferencing solutions along with smart home automation solutions that best suit their needs.
* Proven developer of new business
* UK Driving Licence
* Account Management expertise is preferable.


* £35,000-£40,000
* Commission & bonuses OTE = £70,0000+
* Pool car
* 20 days rising to 25
* Pension
