Global, leading IT and Telcos Recruitment Consultancy looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join its rapidly expanding business.
As head of Learning and Development your broader remit will be to understand and interpret the global strategic business requirements and to deliver a Learning & Development plan to improve organisational capabilities in line with business strategy, people and change plans.
You will be responsible for developing effective material and training plans that will drive performance across the firms KPIs based on training needs analysis with the view to raising the capability of all levels of staff from Consultant through to Senior Management and beyond. You will provide people performance strategies and intervention. You will ensure the delivery supports the achievement of the business plan.
The ideal candidate you will have strong Learning and Development experience, preferably gained from working within a previous Recruitment company. You will be degree educated and passionate about motivating staff and seeing real success.
