My client is a privately owned recruitment business looking for an experienced PR or Communications recruitment professional to become Head of Executive Search in their London office. This is a well-established business with international offices that focusses on senior level roles on an exclusive contingent basis with some retained roles.
In a billing leadership role, you will be expected to maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships and developing the Executive Search side of the business placing the highest level roles globally. You will have at least two years previous retained experience within PR or Communications recruitment, be able to demonstrate the gravitas and communication skills required to build relationships at C- and Executive Board level.
