Fantastic first job working for an entrepreneurial international luxury property/travel company. As a Guest Manager you will provide client service support and administration for guests pre and post stay via the company at one of their luxury properties!
You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team with excellent opportunity to develop your career both within the business and potentially internationally as the company continues to grow.
Duties will include answering enquires from guests, conducing guest checks for upcoming bookings, scheduling the greeters to be on site for check in, returning deposits and managing the post stay feedback survey. This is a busy and fast paced role where no two days will be the same, where you will speak with interesting and international people each day.
The guests pay a premium to stay in these properties so we are looking for someone who is keen to work to the top level and provide a 5* service.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential and ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent. For those with a second language (especially French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin or Arabic) its very likely that you will get to use your language skills however this isnt essential!
