We are promoting an opportunity that is ideal for an astute, articulate and highly organised graduate to join a prestigious Birmingham based organisation. The advertised position is as a secretary for this organisation. You will be working within their enviable offices and within a fun and social team.
Your role will involve the provision of effective administration support, document production, diary management and travel arrangements. You will be liaising with established clients to organise meetings with key personnel within the organisation. On top of this list will be your responsibility to produce supporting documentation to assist with these meetings.
