My client is a well-established executive search and interim management firm, with offices across the globe.
As an industry leading firm the client are regarded as specialists in placing executive and c-suite level candidates on a permanent and interim basis across the Financial Services sector.
The graduate research programme is designed to educate and train individuals with the skills and learning experiences to build a career in executive search and interim management. You will be provided with a broad programme; not only learning about the business, but also how to become a valued contributor in the running of the company and develop experiences of working in a team environment.
This will include researching markets, headhunting and meeting candidates, working on market intelligence projects and supporting business development initiatives. This will help you to gain further appreciation and enhance your own personal development. You will also be given functional training that includes headhunting skills and techniques, commercial writing techniques, project management as well as financial services industry training and research methodologies.
You will be assigned a mentor at Partner level who will guide you throughout your first 6-12 months. Aside from the day to day working environment, Graduates will be provided with excellent training from the firms dedicated in-house training provider.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, preferably obtained from a top 10 UK University. You will be polished, driven and ambitious, with a competitive nature, possibly from a high level sporting background.
