The Position The Glasgow Hub Business Management group is currently seeking a project manager to join the team responsible for ensuring the optimization of Hub operations. In support of the Glasgow Tech Hub Leader and the management team, this individual will coordinate and govern cross line of business efforts focused on key optimization themes; talent acquisition, talent development, diversity, software delivery excellence and employee engagement and community engagement. In addition, this role will require management of location strategy, real estate strategy, workforce information and real estate projects, whilst continually striving to develop an innovative technology environment and facility to help attract, develop and retain technology talent. The successful candidate will be a generalist with related experience in Program and/or Business Management within a large scale organization. You will have a proven track record in successful project and / or business management and a demonstrable ability to improve the maturity level of processes through a combination of measurement and change agent skills. The individual must be able to effectively partner and establish relationships across line of business, function and level in order to execute and govern on the Hub strategy for Glasgow. Job Description Based in Glasgow, the Glasgow Hub business management group is responsible for partnering with the Glasgow Site Leader and the Glasgow Technology Operating Council to deliver a first class Technology Hub for the firm, in addition to providing governance and organization for the site wide portfolio of work. Responsibilities specific to this role are: Govern alignment of the Glasgow Technology Hub with the Global Technology strategy Govern a portfolio of optimization projects, in partnership with hub leadership, in order to drive hub improvement in the following aspects:Talent Acquisition & Development Global technology Strategy Awareness / ExecutionInternal & External CommunityInnovationControls, Cyber & Business ResiliencyReal Estate & Location StrategyCommunicationsManage a portfolio of real estate projects to ensure a first class environment and facility.
