Our client, a leading Commercial Company based in the Uxbridge area are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement where the clients preference is for someone who is on no more than a 1 week notice period. This position also has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Working within the Financial Reporting team, your key responsibilities will include:

* Weekly sales reporting
* Period end accounting, including accruals and prepayments
* P&L & variables production and analysis
* Reviewing and coding invoices for royalties purposes
* Liaising with various departments in the business and suppliers on queries
* Production of HMRC tax reports
* Assisting in streamlining of processes

Person Specification:

* Good Excel skills – spreadsheet experience and creating charts and visuals for presenting data in an effective way
* Data input experience is essential
* JD Edwards system experience is preferred but not essential
* Developing new systems and ways of working to improve & evolve the work-flow
* Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
* Working independently following processes
* Observant with an excellent eye for detail
