My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Consultant to work closely with a Partner in their CIO/Information Technology Leadership practice.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the origination and delivery of assignments. You will network with industry sources, identify opportunities, pitch for and win mandates, attend client briefings, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate whilst leading and mentoring a researcher.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who can demonstrate a clear track record of success within executive search. You will have good knowledge and a relevant network of CIO and Information Technology leaders.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You could be an experienced search consultant Technology but my client will also look at very bright, articulate Technology recruiters who can demonstrate that they have regularly sold and filled retained assignments at a senior level and have a commitment to self-improvement and client credibility.
