Becoming an Enforcement Agent Team Leader with Equita:
Location covering either Birmingham or Northampton
As an Enforcement Agent Team Leader, you will manage a team of field based enforcement agents. Ensuring that performance, behaviour and conduct expectations are met by encouraging a culture of continuous development, through effective coaching and feedback.
What you will do:
Take responsibility for the development of all team members, ensuring that their qualification, certificates, skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date and relevant
Ensure that all documentation is maintained accurately and submitted within agreed deadlines
Motivate team members to achieve targets, contributing to organisational incentive and motivational activities
Provide accurate daily / weekly / fortnightly / monthly statistical information relating to Enforcement Agents performance
Provide support to management / HR support for recruitment and selection processes
Ensure that all monitoring and Audit checks are conducted in accordance with company policy
Your experience will include:
Previous experience working in a Team Leader/Supervisor position of targeted field based staff
The ability to lead, motivate and develop team members
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence
Results oriented, with the ability to understand and interpret statistical information
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confident and self-motivated
