Here at npower we are investing in our Digital capability, from providing quality online experiences for customers to driving a Digital first culture within the organisation.We are looking for a Digital Transformation lead who will be responsible for working with a business area to understand challenges and opportunities. We will then expect you to support in translating this into a compelling Digital strategy and roadmap.You’ll have a real passion for driving online focus and adoption across all npower markets through customer journey design. You will love working alongside business partners across npower, and will ensure that a digital focus and consideration is given at all points in the end-to-end customer journey.
You will love to lead on plans ensuring the integration of self-service capability across the platform
You will engage and influence the optimisation team to define appropriate customer experience in relation to impacted channels and customer journey
You will be very well-organised and love forward planning, this will ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Youll have a keen interest in all things Digital
You will have the ability to translate external trends and customer expectations into commercial opportunities to gain agreement from partners
You will have a solid grasp of online technology and associated trends
Deep understanding of web development practices and methodologies
Strong presentation skills and experience of influencing at a senior level
