We are looking for a motivated & results driven Data Engineer to join our Reporting & Analytics Development Team; delivering reporting and analytical solutions for both new and existing projects including, but not limited to, data warehouse architecture and solution development, data warehouse performance optimization, the platform analytics product development, internal product reporting, and projects in Machine Learning & A.I. The Data Engineer will strive to achieve maximum success within your team, and work together and improve as a unit.
The company provides a Connectivity Suite for the ad industry, combining collaboration tools, digital asset management, a global distribution network and powerful analytics to provide smarter, more collaborative advertising workflows bringing the marketing and production processes together from idea to delivery for greater visibility, productivity, insight and performance.
Main Job duties and Responsibilities of Data Engineer:
Develop and maintain ETL processes that feed from various data sources (SQLs, Mongos, APIs etc.)
Optimize performance bottlenecks and refactor/improve code
Create data-marts, reports and dashboards.
Research, prototype and implement new analytical big data technologies
Research, prototype and implement A.I and Machine Learning models
Required Competencies, Skills & Experience of Data Engineer:
Data Warehousing design principles and best practices
Data analysis and profiling skills
Extensive experience troubleshooting and solving data processing issues
Extensive experience writing and optimizing T-SQL queries/procedures
Experience in Java
Experience of the JavaScript language (ES6 +)
Experience with No-SQL technologies
Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
Over 4 years experience in a similar role
Preferred experience with Node.js / Express
