The Engineering Dept is to undertake a transformation to ensure they can work more effectively whilst ensuring that the teams are fully supported on the proposed journey of change. This will require new processes and ways of working, whilst trying to ensure that the system configuration is minimal.

Requirement:
A Data Cleanse and Input Analyst (DCIA) will be required to support the Asset Management Solution (AMS) Programme and will be responsible for the following:
 Creating data upload sheets for Standard Work Orders, Taskplans, Checklists, Material lists etc.
 Transferring data from current mixture of word, PDF, Excel documents into data upload excel sheets
 Cleaning data where appropriate
 Liaising with key business stakeholders to validate that data that has been loaded into the system is correct and correcting any data load errors

Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Data Workstream Lead the DCIA will be part of the project team and work in conjunction with the Regional SME’s to identify all sources of data for the creation of the data upload sheets for the core Engineering work processes, e.g. Standard work orders, Activities, task plans, checklists and materials lists.
Work closely to ensure all sources of data are identified and validated once entered into the system.
Work closely with the implementation partner data upload resource to ensure that:
– Data is created into the required templates
– Data is successfully loaded into the AMS system
– Any issues from data loading are analyzed with the implementation partner and business stakeholders, corrected and reloaded
– All data successfully loaded is validated for correctness with the business owner

Required Skills & Experience:
 Data analysis skills
 Efficient and accurate data input skills
 Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
